Meet the Staff

Adam’s Coffee Co LLC is a familiar run business with hopes to grow to employ more individuals interested in the mission

Adam- who has Down Syndrome, is committed to customer satisfaction. The inspiration for “Adam's Coffee Co.” He has worked in restaurants for years and loves seeing happy customers enjoying the goods that he has helped produce. A die-hard hockey fan, he is glued to the TV during the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Cindi- a Polish pierogi and kolaczki connoisseur and aficionado of all things Chicago. Cindi also has a Masters of Social Work and has been advocating for individuals with disabilities for decades. 

Arthur- a reliably resourceful individual (ask about fixing broken hockey sticks with epoxy and fiberglass strips 😂) Can also be seen in the local community volunteering at the local food pantry and donating time to the nearby museum. 

Kendall- has a passion for hard work, fun, and catching hockey games with Adam and Arthur; is excited about the idea to be involved with a family project with hopes of also growing into something for other community members.
